Autobacs Club is a membership that allows you to earn points, redeem rewards, receive member exclusive promotions, and the latest automotive news. Signing up is free.

Personal data in Singapore is protected under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012(PDPA). We are required to particularly draw your attention to the fact that by applying for this Membership, you consent to the use of the personal details provided to us for such purposes as we deem reasonably necessary to the administration and management of membership and the Programme. Your personal information shall be processed by us, in its capacity of data controller, by its subsidiaries, associates or affiliates.

TERMS OF USE

• Discount privileges are applicable only upon flashing of your e-Card.
• Not valid for purchase of Autobacs Voucher.

• Earn and redeem points for every dollar spent.
• Both free 24/7 Car Tow & free diagnostics are applicable if the repair service is done at any Autobacs stores. Otherwise, both the tow & diagnostic services will be charged to the member.
• Autobacs in-house 1-Year Car Repair warranty.
• Free 33 points check.
• Free Tyre fix and Nitrogen top-up.

MEMBERSHIP & ELIGIBILITY

• Autobacs Club is a rewards program offered by Autobacs Venture Singapore Pte Ltd to customers reside in Singapore.
• Membership is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual.
• Employees, officers, directors and representative of Autobacs are NOT eligible for Membership.
• By applying for Autobacs Membership in the program to be bound by these terms and conditions.

APPLICATION MODE

• Apply via the dedicated web-portal, or in person by completing as in-store application assisted by our team.
• The membership account will be opened under your name.

EARNING AND REDEEMING POINTS

• You can earn one (1) point every one (1) dollar you spent (car servicing, car repair, tyre change and purchase of merchandises).
• The form of identification may consist of your phone number or membership number.
• Subject to the termination provision of these Terms, points expire after 12 months of inactivity (earn or redemption).
• Points may be redeemed as “reward” to be determined by Autobacs in its sole discretion; however, that in order to redeem your points for any Reward, you must make an additional purchase of merchandise from Autobacs at the time that you redeem your points.
• Members are only allowed one redemption per transaction. Points are not redeemable for cash only able to deduct from the amount purchased.
• You are required to redeem a Reward before payment at the cashier.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION & DIRECT MARKETING

• Autobacs values your privacy. Our collection of your personal information and how we use it is governed by Autobacs Privacy Policy in compliance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act.
• Details from your application for Membership (including personal information) will be collected and used for the purposes of administering the program and for marketing and data analysis purposes.
• By submitting an application for Membership in the program, you agree to be bound by Autobacs’ Privacy Policy, these Terms of Use, including without limitation terms relating to the collection, use and disclosure of such information in accordance with this Terms and to receive marketing materials and other communications from Autobacs (if so agreed in your registration form).
• Autobacs may inform you and send to you by any means (including through email, SMS, MMS, phone call, fax, mobile application(s) push and pop-up notifications) any new products or promotions or services of promotions, product launches and special events organised or co-organised by Autobacs and its subsidiaries, parent companies, related corporations, associated companies and affiliates and their service providers and agents (collectively referred to as “Autobacs”).
• A cookie is a small piece of text that is placed within the memory of a computer and can be later retrieved by web page servers. We use cookies to enhance your interaction and convenience with the Website and do not use cookies to record any personal information. Cookies may record information about your visit, including the type of browser and operating system you use, the previous site you visited, your server’s IP address, the pages you access and the information downloaded by you. While this anonymous statistical data may be aggregated and used in broader statistical analysis by us and our web monitoring service provider to improve our services, at no time can we personally identify you as the source of that data.
• Autobacs shall from time to time notify you of other purposes of collection, use or disclosure of Your Personal Data and you are deemed to have consented to collection, use or disclosure of Your Personal Data for such purposes by your continued use of the Application.
• We have implemented appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial security procedures in order to protect personal information from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. Access to your personal information is limited to those who specifically need it to conduct their responsibilities. We and our third-party service providers take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify your personal information where it is no longer required and to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, loss, misuse, and alteration.
• When you share your personal information with Autobacs, you will always have access to this information. Where you store a "Profile" on the website, you can amend the details stored in your account yourself. Alternatively, you can update, change, or remove any personal information at any time by calling, writing, or emailing us using one of the options provided below. If you would like us to update your personal information, remove your name from our mailing list, or if you have any questions about Autobacs’s privacy policies or your personal information, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We may request him/her to provide personal details to verify his/her identity. We will respond to a user's request within [30] days of his/her request and will endeavour to do so wherever possible, but Autobacs may charge the user a reasonable fee for doing so. You can contact us through our website customer enquiry or email us. Alternatively, you can also call Autobacs Customer Relations at 6748-0211. We will respond to your questions or concerns as quickly as possible.
• If you do not wish to receive our marketing mails, emails and text messages, you may opt-out or unsubscribe, by contacting us. All direct mails, emails and text message allow you to opt-out of further mailings by clicking on the link or responding “unsubscribe”.

TRANSFER AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

We will not sell, rent or trade to any third party any personal information and data (in whole or in part) obtained from you without your consent, provided, however, that you acknowledge and consent that Autobacs and its subsidiaries, parent companies, related corporations, associated companies and affiliates (collectively referred to as “Autobacs” in this section) and their service providers and agents may collect, use and disclose personal data relating to you, for the following purposes:

1. Providing customer service (including responding to customer queries / requests, providing updates and customer support, and sending alerts, brochures, and newsletters).
2. Marketing products / services.
3. Conducting research and development, market research, market analysis and customers’ trend analysis (including to develop new products / services, improve existing products / services, to improve business operations, and to generate management guidance, feedback, and insights).
4. Complying with applicable laws, regulations, and other requirements (including cooperating with / aiding law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities and other governmental agencies in any part of the world, and performing internal audits); and You acknowledge that during the collection, use and disclosure described above, relevant personal data may be transferred outside of Singapore. On occasion, we do need to hire other companies to help us provide some services such as companies that provide digital marketing assistance. We will limit the personal information we give them, and they will only have access to your personal information for the purposes of performing such functions. They are strictly monitored by Autobacs to make certain our customers' privacy is always protected.

DO NOT CALL (DNC)

Autobacs aims to comply with the requirements of the PDPA and respects your choices. If you have registered your telephone number with the national Do Not Call (DNC) registry, we will not send you promotional and marketing messages via your telephone unless you have provided Autobacs consent to do so. If you have previously provided Autobacs such consent, then unless this is withdrawn, we may continue to send promotional and marketing messages via your telephone.

TERMINATION AND/OR REMOVAL FROM THE PROGRAM

• The discount privileges, terms and conditions may be amended, or terminated at the sole discretion of the company without prior notice.
• Any abuse of the program, failure to follow any terms of the program, inactivity Membership points for more than 12 months, will be removed. Autobacs is entitled to suspend or terminate your right to use the program at any time at our absolute discretion, without liability, notice, or reason.
• Membership is non-transferable. If your Membership is revoked or otherwise cancelled (whether by you or Autobacs in accordance with these Terms), or if the program is terminated, any points in your account will automatically expire.
• From time to time it may be necessary for Autobacs to review and revised to these Terms. We reserve the right to change it at any time. Amendments or replacement of Terms will be posted. It is your responsibility to check or review these Terms from time to time to keep informed of any changes.
